No. CareMatch schedules visits and records the hours worked. It exports hours and visit records for payroll and billing, but it does not run payroll or pay anyone.

Most of it is bringing your caregivers and clients in. You can import both from a spreadsheet, and we help you with that as a founding agency. The rest is each caregiver setting the hours they can work.

Yes. Both can be imported from a CSV file, and you can add people one at a time.

There is nothing to download from an app store. Caregivers sign in from their phone's browser and can add CareMatch to their home screen. Each caregiver is invited by your agency.

The visit stays on the schedule, open. CareMatch lists the caregivers who are available, qualified and close, ranked by driving time. You send the offer to one or several, and the first to accept takes the visit.

You set the overtime threshold, and overtime breaches and double-bookings appear as conflicts for you to resolve. It shows you the problem; it does not decide for you.

Check-in and check-out record the time and location and whether the caregiver was within range of the client's address, and EVV-ready visit data can be exported. CareMatch does not submit visits to a state system for you.

Yes. Access depends on role, each agency's data is kept entirely separate from every other agency's, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log you can read.

Not to begin with. Founding agencies start with a 30-day free start and no contract.

$50 a month plus $5 per caregiver. An agency with 20 caregivers pays $150 a month. Founding agencies pay 60% less for the first 12 months.
