Terms for CareMatch text message alerts. Last updated 21 September 2026.
CareMatch text message alerts are sent on behalf of your home-care agency, which uses CareMatch Scheduler to organize visits. They cover visit reminders, shift offers, confirmed and cancelled visits, and new messages about a visit. Each text tells you to check the app for details. Messages are sent from CareMatch Scheduler, operated by Purple Narwhal Productions LLC.
We never send marketing or promotional texts.
Caregivers can agree to texts in the CareMatch app. Clients and caregivers can also give their agreement to their agency, which records it in CareMatch. Either way, you then receive one text confirming that alerts are on and how to stop them.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of receiving care or of working with an agency.
Message frequency varies. It depends on how many visits you have and how often your schedule changes.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You will get no further texts unless you agree again. Caregivers can also turn texts off at any time on the Notifications page in the app.
Reply HELP to any text for help, or email support@carematchscheduler.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy page for how CareMatch handles personal information.
